G-TYPE ground screws are equipped with either one, three, or four threaded screws. For example, they are ideally suited for the quick, vertical, and permanent installation of masts and fence posts. Optionally, the fence posts, for example, can also be quickly and permanently fixed into place with the special granulate.

U-TYPE ground screws have been specially designed for regularly-dimensioned timber beams. A U-type ground screw is the best choice for the fast and simple mounting of vertical and horizontal timber beams.

M-TYPE screw piles have a flat hexagonal base with a support bracket. M-profile screw piles can provide a smooth building surface even in challenging terrain.

GROUND ANCHORS are used to stretch and secure different structures in the ground. They are used to secure chains, ropes, wires, ribbing ties, and various temporary structures.

Application

Production Process

Step 1: Cutting
The length of the welded pipe is 6 meters and the welded pipe needs to be cut by a sawing machine according to the customer's needs.
Step 2: Heating
Putting ground screw into high-frequency heating machine and make ground screw soft so that ground screw can be shaped.
Step 3: Shrinking
Using a shrinkage machine to change the shape and diameter of the ground screw.
Step 4: Punching
Using a punching machine to do a hole or other for a ground screw.
Step 5: Welding
The spiral blade of the ground screw will be welded by automatic welding machine.
Step 6: Galvanizing
The surface treatment is acid picking and hot dip galvanizing.
Step 7: Testing
Our quality control will test the goods and supply checking reports according to the customer's needs.
Step 8: Packing
A steel pallet is used to place the ground screw and then wrap the pallet with multi-layer packaging to firm the ground screw.
